Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Login to your account and choose the Order History link under My Account on the top of the page. Select the order containing the item you wish to return, you will be able to click the Return icon to the right of the item to initiate the return process for that item. Please specify in the form whether you want a refund or wish to exchange the item.  We will email you with a return authorization number and address where to send the product. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
